Even if one of our team is sick, we will allocate another trained cleaner to clean your property using the Cleaning Quality Checklist for your property, to ensure it is cleaned to the same high standard. We commit to regular personal inspections with you. Every month our Managing Director will personally meet with you and walk through your office to inspect the quality of our cleaning using your Cleaning Quality Checklist. We also look after your employees. Part of our service is we offer you and your employees free seminars on how they can clean their homes using Green Cleaning processes as well as provide them with a contact line for advice on solving tricky cleaning challenges in their home. We take workplace health and safety seriously. Our team includes a Workplace Health and Safety Officer (WHSO) who conducts a site inspection prior to commencing any new contract to ensure the safety of our employees and other people is maintained during cleaning.
All of our team are regularly trained on correct procedures, protective clothing and cleaning product safety.
We supply material safety datasheets (MSDS) in all of our onsite storerooms, as well as on our website.
We carry $20 million public liability insurance.
